Ads if used heavily on sites can distract reader, and eventually lead to less readers for your blog.If you are a IE User and want to block ads on some sites, which you feel offended / or highly disturbing, you can block them easily using Simple AdBlock browser extension for IE 6,7,8.

You can access the addon from the icon in the status bar for more settings aswell.

Simple AdBlock blocks :

• flash ads,
• banner ads,
• rich media,
• slide-ins,
• fly-ins and
• pop-ups advertisements.

One can also disable Simple Adblock on the particular webpage, by clicking on the Simple Adblock icon in the process bar and then select “Disable Simple Adblock on “URL…… ”.

You can also view ads on a particular page by clicking the Simple Adblock menu icon and select the domain
