Few days back I mentioned about PhotoFunia, which overlays your photo either through upload or URL onto different templates, Yesterday I stumbled upon Loonapix, which also does the same with a different set of templates and also lets you do Photo Frames divided into different categories or have your photo trim into different shapes.

Every image generated has a unique URL for sharing it with others or an HTML code to post on your
blog or your social networking profiles like a Facebook or MySpace account or send the image to your friend or add the generated image to the Gallery at the site.
