FireFix Helps Your Correct Your URL Typos

You might have seen a " Server Not Found Error " in your browser, this might most of the time not be because the website really does not exist but it was your typo in the address bar. FireFix learns from your typos and suggests you addresses by watching which page you go to after a DNS typo.It is activated only when the page is not found.

Firefix requires browser.xul.error_pages.enabled to be True.You can change this setting by typing about:config in the browsers address bar, and search for the filter browser.xul.error_pages.enabled.FireFox versions 1.5 onwards have this set to true by default.
Firefix works with Firefox: 0.8 – 3.0a5.
