WinFlip recreates the feature of Windows Vista called the Windows Flip, with the least memory and also fastly. This feature is not available in any other version of Windows other than Vista. You can have that feature in Windows XP with WinFlip.
Instead of using the traditional ALT + TAB, using the Win + Tab will give the same effect in Windows XP as well. You also change it back to ALT + TAB in the settings. The application assigns alphabets to to windows, press the assigned alphabet to switch to that window. The mouse gesture feature really impressed me, Draw a circle either clockwise or anti clockwise and the flip comes in and move around windows using the arrow keys or press the alphabet assigned to bring the window forward.
Download WinFLip from here.
