The Fo.reca.st Google Maps mashup showing real time news updates from Reuters news, showing the location of news on the Google Map and there are various news channels like Business, Politics, Entertainment, Science, Sports, Technology, and many more.

The default play time of the news is 5 minutes, this can be changed to a maximum of 60 minutes by double clicking on the timer above the channels.You can adjust the zoom capability from 1( less detailed map ) to 7 (more detailed map) from the properties menu.
