How To Check For Updates In Chrome

Google Chrome updates automatically, but incase you want to manually check for the updates here how you can do it in Chrome.

  1. Click on the settings icon  chrome-setting-button and click

    About Google Chrome,

    and Chrome checks for newer updates for the browser, if newer update is found its lets you update or if no newer version is available is shows the installed browser version number.

      I tried this to check for updates but it says “Update server not available” (error: 3). Is there a problem with my Chrome browser?

      @Devorah: I could be a temporary problem, Try after some time, If problem persists try a reinstall, which I don’t think would be needed.
