If you want to insert a flash clip into a PowerPoint Presentation, you would use the more controls option to insert a Shockwave Flash Object, and then point to the flash file using the controls properties. This could be simple for some, this can be made even simpler and faster completing it all in a couple of mouse clicks using a free add-in.
GlobeFX Swiff Point Player is a free Microsoft PowerPoint Add-In which lets users insert flash clips into the slide directly.
Directions To Use :
To insert a flash clip click on the Swiff Point Player icon on the drawing toolbar, locate the flash file and thats it, the clip is inserted into the slide.
This add-in is compatible with Microsoft PowerPoint 2000/XP/2003.

You need Macromedia Flash already installed on your machine for this to work.
You can find how to do this manually without an add-in at:
Insert Flash in PowerPoint
The problem with using the GlobeFX add-in to insert Flash is that it does that using its own ActiveX control rather than the Flash control that Adobe creates — so anyone you provide your PowerPoint presentation will need to install GlobeFX’s proprietary ActiveX control to view the Flash movie.
ive installed it and it isnt appearing….
