How To Use PDFill PDF Tools :

Start PDFill PDF Editor.Click FREE PDF Tools when the first dialog window comes up.
Inside PDFill PDF Editor, please Select Tools Menu -> FREE PDF Tools, or the Free PDF Tools Icon on the Toolbar.And select the function you want to do.

You need to have GhostScript installed.If not, PDFill PDF Tools will download it for you automatically. You can also download and install Free Ghostscript 8.57 from here.
