The best and easiest way to add a privacy policy to your blog will be to use Wp-Insert from http://www.wp-insert.smartlogix.co.in/.
This is not yet another plugin to add a privacy policy but it is a comprehensive blog management solution which will probably reduce the number of plugins you use by half and also allows you to make the best out of your adsense ads by allowing tactical positioning.

sara » Thanks for your comment.Your right, The Privacy Policy cannot be edited with ease.An option to edit/add to the content of the Privacy Policy in the configuration page would make it even more user friendly.

Nirmal » Your right It is definitely a extra plugin for a simple task, but not many are aware of what all to write in a Privacy Policy.This can be used as a temporary plugin untill one comes up his/her own Privacy Policy.

Never thought that even privacy policy is defined by plugnis. I think in coming time Everything in WP will be Plugins based.
