Delete all of the following files that are associated with Conficker Worm from your computer.

%Temp%\[Random].dll
%Program Files%\Internet Explorer\[Random].dll
%Program Files%\Movie Maker\[Random].dll
%All Users Application Data%\[Random].dll
Incase you are unable to delete the files, try the same in Safe Mode.
remove all directories associated with Conficker Worm by going to the C:\ProgramFiles\Conficker Worm folder, select it, and delete it.In case you don’t find the folder skip this step.
