Volume Adjustment can be difficult, as one has to change the volume for each application according from the windows system tray volume control panel,Notebooks have shortcut keys but volume control using the wheel-mouse can be even more easier.

3RVX is a skinnable volume controller and display that supports alpha-blended skins, cool fade effects, drive eject notification.The tool mimics the Mac OS X volume bezel on Windows.
Using the tool you can

• Change the amount of volume change for increase and decrease,
• Can choose either Master volume or Wave volume to be changed.
• user-defined Hotkey support
• use can also set the fade delay and fade speed, and also hide the system tray icon.
• 8 Skins available as default, more can be downloaded from the authors site.
• Adjustable screen position of the widget.

.NET Framework 2.0 is required to run the application.It can be downloaded from here and works with Windows OS only.
