Sending SMS messages via the Internet is possible from various sites or by installing a software.Here’s another cool way to send SMS messages within USA from within your FireFox Browser using the Google Send to Phone extension that enables you to send short text messages of web page content to your mobile phone.

Installation

  • Install the Google Send to Phone Extension from here.
  • Upon Installation a small mobile icon will appear in the upper right corner of the browser.
  • Copy and paste whatever content you want from the page into the “text to send” field ( or )Select the text and click the mobile icon and that will open a new window where you can send the text you just selected as a text message.
  • Fill in the number you wish to send the message to and select the appropriate carrier. Click the ‘Send Message’ button to send the message.

If you’re going long, the tool will automatically split your text into multiple messages.

Sending messages through this extension is free, but charges may apply to receiving them; check with your carrier for details.

Adobe says Photoshop Express, which it launched in a ”beta” test version, is easier to learn.

The editor looks really simple, with Basic functions like Crop & Rotate, Auto Correct, Exposure, TouchUp, Saturation.

Effects like Pop Color, Hue, Black & White, Tint, Sketck, Distort.

whatisthatfile.com Users are generally confused about different applications running in the background, all the backround running applications can be seen in the Windows Task Manager [ Ctrl + Shift + Escape ] there could be some applications which you cannot identify, Then WhatIsThatFile can be to your rescue. It is like a dictionary for lookup for over 3000 unknown files/applications .

Just enter the filename in the searchbox and it will highlight files that are potentially dangerous, such as a virus or malware, and give a brief description of each. It will even let you know if an application is a prime target for infections, such as Internet Explorer (iexplore.exe).

Google has launched a new version of Google Maps for Mobile phones with a new feature called " My Location " which works on both GPS enabled and also on phones without GPS with a bit of uncertainty   and gives you your present location using which you can find services available around like Shops, Restraunts. It takes information broadcast from mobile towers near you to approximate your current location on the map (approximately 1000m close, on average).So the degree of uncertainty is because of it depends on the mobile towers.
