Starting this February, 2008 Google made it mandatory for all AdSense publishers to display a privacy policy on all their sites that displayed AdSense ads or search boxes.Writing a Privacy Policy is not that easy as most did not understand what to write in a Privacy Policy.

Here’s Privacy Policy Plugin for WordPress which would auto generate a privacy policy for your Wordpress Installation.

Installation

1. Download the privacy-policy-1.0.zip file and extract its contents into your blog’s wp-content/plugins folder.
2. This will create a new privacy-policy subfolder containing the plugin.
3. Go to the Plugins tab in your WordPress administration console and activate the plugin.
4. You can either create a new page and insert a privacy policy onto an existing page using the special trigger text:

    <!-- privacy-policy -->

( OR )

5. After activating the plugin go to the Options tag and click on Privacy Policy. Reasonable defaults will be selected for the privacy policy, but change them as appropriate and press the Update Options button to store the new settings and then press the Create Page button at the bottom of the options page.

emTube is a freeware that’s been developed for a the S60 3rd Edition platform.The application will allow users to search, view and even save videos onto their mobile device. The downloaded files are stored as flash video files (.flv) which can be played back using the same application.

There are two version currently availabe

• emTube for Symbian s60 3rd edition 1.0.0
• emTube for N95 with accelerometer support enabled.

Uninstalling PicLens

FireFox : Goto Addon in the Tool menu, select PicLens from the list and press Uninstall.

Safari : select the Remove PicLens option from the View > PicLens menu in Safari, or delete the PicLens folder from the /Library/InputManagers folder of your hard disk.

Google has launched a new version of Google Maps for Mobile phones with a new feature called " My Location " which works on both GPS enabled and also on phones without GPS with a bit of uncertainty   and gives you your present location using which you can find services available around like Shops, Restraunts. Next Time You Embed A YouTube Video in your blog post you can chose to customize the YouTube player to your choice when you copy the embedding code.Just click on "customize embed" next to the generated HTML code and choose a theme. You could also add a border around the video and choose not to show related videos.
